Join us in serving God in this post-industrial coastal town in the beautiful North East of England.

Be part of our small residential missional community in Redcar. Live within our new monastic Rule of Life of prayer, community living and service to our town.

You will be supported by the Northern Synod of the URC and connected into Redcar Baptist/United Reformed Church.

Who Can Apply?

This pioneering project is open to unmarried people aged 18 or over from any Christian background.

As part of this household of three, you will follow a rhythm of daily communal prayer and a daily communal meal. You will be expected to find up to 25 hours of work per week in Redcar. This exciting opportunity could suit someone wanting to do a gap year, or to take time out to devote to personal discipleship or just think things through. There is no charge for rent or utilities.
