The United Reformed Church has procedures in place to handle complaints.

The attached policy and procedure document explains how to express dissatisfaction with the Synod’s trustee company and its committees and employees.  It also explains how to complain about councils of the Church, such as the Synod and its committees and officers.  As the Trust is legally a separate organisation from the Synod, it needs its own procedure for handling complaints
