The Synod is offering a free training event, open to local church members and elders
on
legal, constitutional, practical, financial and property issues.
The programme will include discussion of what is risk in general life, and
then specifically in the context of a church, and why all churches should
take care to consider it.
We will be offered different categories of risk to look out for, and taken through methods of assessing the impact and likelihood of things going wrong, and then how to put in place systems and procedures for managing your church’s activities so as to minimise that.
