For those who could not get places on last year’s memorable weekend, or having heard about “Faith & Feathers 2008” want to share a special weekend to see the birds of Holy Island with fellow Christians.
Led by David Peel, John Durell and Clifford Wilton, there will be organised bird walks, worship in the home of the Celtic Saints as well as free time to explore the island.

This springtime version of “faith & feathers” in May/June 2010, will focus on nesting birds of North Northumberland and include visits to the sea-bird colonies of the Farne Islands (sea conditions permitting) and a mainland tern colony. Bible studies will centre upon ‘creation’ and ‘conservation’.
Leaders will be David Peel and John Proctor (Director of New Testament studies, Westminster College, Cambridge)
