The Procession at Barnard Castle celebrated the arrival of the Magi travelling from the different parts of the world. The horses represent Europe, the camels Africa and the elephants Asia. The pictures were done by members of the congregation, children from a local nursery school with which the church has links, and the Townswomen's Guild who use the premises regularly.
There were also panels explaining how depictions of the Magi in works of art have changed through the ages.
The Procession is making its way to Low Row URC for Epiphany!
