

Bible and Birds This special weekend residential retreat will be held on Holy Island, based in the St Cuthbert’s Centre and at Marygate House, from Friday May 28th to Sunday May 30th.
The weekend will be led by St Andrew's Monkseaton minister David Peel, and John Proctor, Director of New Testament Studies at Westminster College, Cambridge - both experienced birders.
David will lead visits to nesting sea-bird colonies including, weather permitting, a half-day trip to the Farne Islands. Birds to be seen should include common, arctic, sandwich and little terns, puffin, guillemot and razorbill, shag and cormorant, ringed plover and eider.
John will offer Bible Studies on ecological and environmental themes.
